To comply with the necessary requirements, Jakobsens has developed an effective quality control programme in accordance with the HAPPC principles.

HACCP acts a management tool to outline and evaluate potential risk factors throughout the value chain and certifies that control, documentation and traceability is always updated. The programme is verified though an internal and external audit every year, guaranteeing safety and quality of the honey, we produce.

Jakobsens is a BRC standard grade A certified company, one of the most comprehensive and internationally acknowledged quality standards.

In addition to the authorities’ statutory control Jakobsens work together with respected laboratories in Europe which carry out impartial analyses. All products are produces in keeping with relevant EU directives and provisions.
