Homemade honey muesli

Stir all the ingredients together except for the raisins/cranberries and distribute the mixture on baking paper on two baking trays.

Toast the muesli in the oven at 180 degrees for seven minutes. Turn and toast for another seven minutes.

When the muesli has cooled down, add raisins or cranberries.

Try it in the salad too.

Cottage cheese with Jakobsens honey

Stir the orange juice and rind together. Spice with two tablespoons of good olive oil and plenty of freshly ground pepper. Pour the mixture over the cottage cheese. Arrange with oranges slices, Jakobsens honey and salad. If you wish, garnish with various raw vegetables. A lovely dish.
